Resumen La gastroparesia es causa importante de morbilidad. etiología más frecuente la idiopática. Los síntomas son similares a dispepsia, aunque el dolor abdominal superior muy prevalente. El diagnóstico precisa demostrar vaciamiento gástrico retardado y descartar organicidad. tratamiento incluye distintas modalidades farmacológicas, endoscópicas quirúrgicas.
